We are a long standing restaurant in Center City that is looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone that has a passion for the restaurant business and is eager to learn, as well as someone that brings a fresh set of ideas to the table. We are a very passionate team that has a strong sense of ownership and care that we put into our work everyday and we want to find the perfect fit for our team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 2 years management experience in a high volume environment.
- Wine, Beer, and Cocktail knowledge (Bar management experience a plus).
- An amazing personality that can interact with our guests and turn them into regulars.
- Experience with scheduling, ordering, purchasing, and inventory.
- Food safety and handling knowledge. ServSafe Certification a plus.
- A positive work ethic and ability to work full-time.
- Ability to motivate, train, and lead a team of 25 employees.
