Job Details

Scratch restaurant is seeking a motivated individual to help run our line, handle orders and manage day to day operations.
After training, you will be running a very busy line. The pay is $68K/yr. You must be able to swiftly climb stairs, work nights as well as some days, have a good attitude and execute recipes. We run a tight ship with a clean kitchen. Expect 60 - 65 hours a week. We close for 6 weeks in the fall and 5 weeks in the spring. Pay extends through these periods.

Housing is available with reliable transportation.
