We are a very small kitchen team that believes in respecting each other, team-collaboration and enjoys sharing our love of Vietnamese food and culture with our guests. We take our job very seriously but enjoy cooking, building camaraderie and working together as a team to make the best Vietnamese food we can possibly make.
This is a wonderful opportunity for the right individual to work closely with our kitchen leaders and with a motivated kitchen team.

Requirements:
• Full time availability + weekend availability required
• Opportunity for growth into leadership positions, additional responsibilities, additional compensation - the sky's the limit for the right individual. Excellent work will be recognized and compensated via career advancement and raises.
• 1 year working in a professional NYC kitchen would be great but not required. We will consider individuals that may not have a lot of experience who are very eager, motivated and have a good work ethic.
• Ability to work full time hours - NO BLACKOUT DAYS
• Understands how to work with a sense of urgency (IMPORTANT!)
• Team player - Team first attitude (we always strive to be an ego and drama-free kitchen)
• A passion for cooking and hospitality (A MUST)
• An interest in learning about Vietnamese food and culture
• Compensation will be hourly and is based on experience of the individual
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $20.00)
