We're La Collina, an Italian-ish restaurant located near Eastern Market, and we're hiring full-time servers with volume experience for 4-5 dinner shifts. Tuesday and Friday availability are a must. We're looking for hospitality professionals that enjoy a fast-paced environment who want to grow in our field.

We are open Tuesday through Saturday nights for dinner service. We're womxn-owned and operated, and our aim is to work towards a more equitable pay model in hospitality where service and kitchen team members are compensated equally on an hourly basis based on skill and growth. We've developed and implemented this pay rate system to make our industry a profession for all of our team members.
