POSITION SUMMARY
You will be responsible for overseeing employees and managing pre-orders for our store.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Supervise team of up to seven employees at a time
Packing orders
Take phone orders for products in the bakery
Manage breaks for employees
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Ensuring bakery is adequately stocked with paper goods
Create suitable work schedules for staff members
Appraising staff performance and carrying out the necessary disciplinary measures to address
poor performance
Plans, organizes and directs day-to-day operations of the bakery, exercising independent
judgement and discretion
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Previous experience in food service, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
Outstanding problem- solving skills
Food handling experience
