North Pond, a fine dining establishment with 26 years of service, is seeking a skilled Bartender/Mixologist to join our team. Located in the heart of Lincoln Park, we are committed to providing our staff and guests with the highest standards of service and respect. Our clientele, many of whom have celebrated with us for years, eagerly anticipate enjoying the superior products and exemplary service for which we are known.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delighting our guests and collaborating with a seasoned team of professionals. We are looking for someone who excels at teamwork and possesses strong interpersonal skills, patience, tolerance, cooperation, and cultural competence. The position requires availability Thursday through Sunday. If you have a professional demeanor, a sense of humor, and a desire to deliver your best work, we encourage you to apply.

We require a minimum of two years of experience in crafting unique cocktails using local craft spirits and fresh ingredients. Our bar program features herbs and spices from Rare Tea Cellars, the local farmer's market, and our rooftop garden. Drawing inspiration from these sources to complement the culinary creations of Chef César Murillo, Chef De Cuisine John Brandon, and Pastry Chef Laura Thomasson.
