Acqua al 2 is the premier dining destination located in the heart of Downtown Annapolis.  We are seeking a Beverage Director to join the team.  The Beverage Director is responsible for operating the beverage program for the Italian restaurant, the cocktail bar, and private events.  Sample duties include ordering & receiving, cost management, inventory, quality control, wine education, bartender training, and assisting guests with beverage selections.  If you are passionate about wine, cocktails, and staff education, this position is for you!
