We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly server to join our team at The Butcher’s Daughter.   Your spirit, and general love for the service industry is key!  We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant.  Previous experience as a server is required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet tables in a timely and friendly manner.
• Introduce guests to our concept, by understanding our ethos and who we are, and educating them on our menu and offerings. 

• Understand and know the menu offerings including specific dietary restrictions

• Uphold safety standards when working at The Butcher’s Daughter.  

• Work well in a pooled – house environment and work well with others.

• Be able to maintain composure and confidence in a busy setting

• Communicate clearly and directly with management in instances when extra support or help is needed.

• Understand the steps of service, and be able to execute seamlessly.

• Following all local, state, federal, and company policies in regards to COVID-19 safety.

• Adherence to all established health, sanitation, and food & work safety practices - proof of covid vaccination required per NY guidelines.

• Physical Requirements- This position will require you to be standing for the duration of your shift. Must be able to work on your feet for up to 8 hour periods.
