From the founders of Tiger Fork, Calico, Hi-Lawn, The Fainting Goat, and now the brand new Bar Ivy, Blagden Hospitality is looking for seasoned Restaurant Managers to be part of our current and future projects.
We are looking for folks who exhibit leadership, take the initiative, and who can follow our standards while growing the company.
Job Expectations and Requirements:
- Train service team on food and beverage menus upon being hired as well as provide continuous education throughout their employment
- Direct, supervise, and lead front of house employees on a daily basis in accordance with company standards
- Observe the flow of the multiple services and assist when necessary while providing excellent customer service
- Establish strong leadership by being responsive to suggestions and concerns and working to resolve problems
- Order supplies and beverages and adhere to pars and business level trends
- Ability to communicate effectively within all departments of the restaurant
- Strong background in wine and spirits
- Sharp attention to detail and organization
- Comply with Standards of Service and SOPs and assist in assuring the same from all employees
- Assist in success of the restaurant by contributing to revenue goals, programming, and hiring and retaining staff
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds. Open availability and a minimum of 2 years of manager experience in a high volume restaurant environment is preferred.
