al di là Trattoria is seeking a server for 4 nights /week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  We are a busy neighborhood restaurant located in Park Slope, Brooklyn, established in 1998.

Candidate should be able to

-work with warmth, precision and efficiency under the pressures of a busy service while maintaining a friendly and courteous attitude towards collegues and guests.

-Work as a member of a team to create a warm, communal and welcoming experience.

-Work as a member of a team to maintain all aspects of the restaurant from set up to closing, cleaning and deep cleaning.

-Expected to have full knowlege of all food and beverages as well as methods of preparation on our menu and a passion for food and the hospitality industry in general.

Please have some experience.

Hours are 4:30-close .
