HIDE+SEEK is open 7 days a week for dinner service and eventually weekend brunch, which can be enjoyed inside or on our patio.

Summary of Duties:
- Commands full menu knowledge, including allergens and preparation methods
- Identifies and briefly describes each plate to the guests accurately. Aware of all upcoming orders and status of tables expecting food
- Assists the Chef in expediting food to the dining room
- Assists in bussing tables and marking appropriate silverware when necessary
- Works as a liaison between the kitchen and the serving staff, conveying guest issues
- Runs and Serves Food from our Kitchen to our dining rooms and bars
- Always uses position numbers
- Keeps expediter station and the kitchen stocked with plates, plate wipes, ramekins, etc. throughout service
- Follows all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and IL Health Department following all health and safety regulations
- Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned
