HIRING IMMEDIATELY -Seeking passionate, professional, fun-loving BARTENDERS for Osteria Morini. The restaurant is located at Roosevelt Field Mall and features a spacious dining room, full bar, and comfortable outside patio for al fresco dining. Since opening in October 2019, Morini is highly regarded as one of the Top Italian Restaurants in Long Island.
Osteria Morini operates as part of Altamarea Group (highly-acclaimed NYC dining destinations Marea & Ai Fiori), an award-winning global hospitality firm with 15 restaurants worldwide and, through its talented team of employees, creates special memories through exceptional hospitality, delivering the highest level of food and service across distinct brands and concepts. Responsibilities include:
- Prepare all standard and specialty cocktails for the dining room and bar guests per restaurant standards
- Manage and assume full responsibility of each guest’s dining experience from start to finish and respond immediately to guests needs and requests, willingness to serve tables as well as run the service bar
- Exhibit full knowledge of all food, wine, and spirits to guide guests through the dining experience, as well as build guest relationships and our client base
- Maintain clean dining room and restaurant and adhere to all COVID-19 health and safety standards
Requirements include:
- Demonstrate warm, friendly, high-energy personality with positive and team-oriented approach
- Substantive bartending experience required and a strong knowledge of food, wine & spirits.
- Genuine passion for restaurant hospitality, service, and craft cocktails
- Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs
