The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years of experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining restaurants preferred
- Strong attention to detail and great communication skills; the ability to work closely with front server and captain to ensure a seamless dining experience
- A friendly disposition and proactive nature (always maintain a fully stocked station throughout the duration of service)
- The ability to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- The ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
