The main focus is to make sure the standards are kept or elevated. It is a very straight forward cuisine with simple but high standards and always looking for progression instead of perfection. No old school kitchen mentality but one where we all grow together and hold each other accountable with respect and hunger to elevate our game while looking for the always sought-after life/work balance for everyone.
Organization, cleanliness and attention to detail is highly preferred. Must have availability during the weekends. This is a salaried position with benefits including health insurance, dining discounts, and cell stipend.
