The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud’s internationally acclaimed restaurant group, is opening a new multiple-venue fine, fine-casual, and upscale bar/lounge location in early 2023. The newest property is an exclusive, elegant space that will provide guests the highest level of service and hospitality. We are committed to creating a unique experience for each one of our guests and are looking for experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our team.
The Captain is responsible for serving guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. They are in charge of a specific station and should always be present on the floor making sure that service runs smoothly.
Requirements include attention to detail, organization, strong food/wine/beverage knowledge, a professional demeanor, discretion and the ability to work as a team player.
Ideal Candidates should have the following:
- 2 or more years of New York fine dining restaurant experience, private club or its equivalent
- Desire and dedication to offer premier fine dining experience
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge

Position requires:
- Full availability- daytime hours, evening hours and weekends

Compensation:
- Rate $15.00 per hour plus tips
