Administrative Assistant
Whole Cluster Hospitality is a company that is in the business of co-founding, building and supporting hospitality ventures in Los Angeles. We bring resources, capital and decades of experience together to partner with hospitality co-founders on new ventures. Whole Cluster Hospitality is seeking motivated, independent candidates for its Administrative Assistant position.
The Accounting and Administrative Specialist will report directly to the CEO and Director of Development. The role will involve a wide range of accounting and administrative duties, including but not limited to: assisting with timely processing of payments to vendors, payroll oversight, facilitation of communication between our accounting department and individual restaurants, maintaining and organizing company files, assisting in onboarding new vendors and employees, producing and distributing accounting reports as required and performing day-to-day administrative tasks and related duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate is one who is analytical, thorough, accurate, can multitask, has good organizational and time management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and is able to think independently and exercise good judgment.
Prior hospitality experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the candidate. Working knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office and/or hands-on experience with Accounting Software such as QuickBooks is an advantage.
This position is available immediately. Candidates will be interviewed as they apply, and there can be some flexibility on start date depending on the circumstances.

The position is full-time and based in Northeast Los Angeles.
$25 to $30/hour, dependent on experience.
