Duties: 

• Takes food and beverage orders
• Properly opens and pours wine and beer tableside
• Follows proper steps of service
• Knowledge of all food and beverage items
• Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant
• Completing all daily sidework that pertains to your shift
• Properly handles all transactions
• Assisting with special events as needed

Requirements: 

• 1 year of serving  in a fine dining restaurant or 3 years serving experience.
• Food handlers certification
• experience with natural wines, specialty cocktails, and artisanal spirits is preferred, but not required.
