Moon Rabbit is looking to bring on a creative and focus Sous Chef to work under Executive Chef Kevin Tien, Chef de Cuisine Judy Beltrano, and Executive Pastry Chef Susan Bae.  We are doing contemporary Vietnamese cuisine and want to push the idea of Vietnamese food outside of Pho and Rice plates.  A great opportunity to meld techniques and global flavors into a Southeast Asian Foundation for food.
