YELLOW Georgetown is opening for dinner soon!  We are seeking a Sous Chef to join the opening team, and who is excited about bringing a sincere sense of hospitality to a great new space on Wisconsin Ave NW in the heart of Georgetown.  

Chef/owner Michael Rafidi takes inspiration from his family’s Palestinian roots, bringing to the table an experience that melds the ancient tradition of the region’s coal-fired cuisine with local, seasonal, Mid-Atlantic ingredients and a refined culinary acumen. The Georgetown location of YELLOW, will expand on the lunch offerings for dinner, with pastries which meld Levantine ingredients with classic French technique, pita sandwiches, and inventive coffee offerings by day, and hand made shawarmas, mezze, and wine bar selections by night.

The ideal Sous Chef candidate has at least 4 years of cooking experience, including 1 year in a sous chef position or similar.
