The Black Cat in Silver Lake is looking for an experienced, hard-working line cook with high standards and a sense of urgency. Strong communication skills and experience working a busy night time line. Looking for individuals that are interested in a flexible position with the ability to learn multiple stations and be a part of a thriving local restaurant.
- Minimum 1 Year in Professional Kitchen Environment
Strong Knife Skills
Open Communication
Open to Part Time/Full Time
Night/Weekend Availability
Ability to work well with a team, follow directions, has attention to detail.
Ability to work on feet for 6-10 hours / be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
FIFO - Cross Training on Multiple Stations Including:
- Fry
- Pantry
- Sauté
- Grill
- Desserts
