Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong personal communication skills
- Has a can-do attitude and is willing to jump into any role as needed
- Ability to lead, motivate, and empower
- Ability to recognize problems and problem solve
- Ability to set goals and convert plans into action
- Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
Desired Skills
- 3-5+ years of Restaurant Management experience required
- Must be available to work any shifts or schedules.
- Proven ability to lead a team and ensure guest satisfaction
