Basta of Id Est Hospitality Group is hiring talented servers who are passionate about food, wine, and people! We are seeking candidates available for immediate hire! One year of prior hospitality experience is required to be considered for this role.

- Knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and people
- Excellent understanding of hospitality etiquette
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and execute proper steps of service
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- 1 yr+ of prior serving experience
- A competitive pay structure that includes hourly plus a tip share structure that includes all employees; servers earn an average of $32 - 36 per hour with this structure
