About Us

Cull & Pistol Oyster Bar is a Michelin-acclaimed seafood restaurant located in the heart of Chelsea Market established in 2013. Since opening we quickly became a neighborhood staple amongst our customers, known for delivering exceptional service and a seasonal menu that takes full advantage of the remarkably fresh and varied offerings from our neighboring seafood market, The Lobster Place.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all menu items with the ability to make suggestions to guests based on their preferences
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure service consistently exceeds expectations creating a meaningful and efficient service expectations are exceeded consistently receive courteous, meaningful, and efficient service
• Maintain a welcoming and orderly restaurant environment
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask

Qualifications:

• Experienced server (2+ years’ exp.) with the ability to perform in a high-volume restaurant featuring 150+ covers daily
• Friendly, outgoing, positive, and hardworking person
• Willingness to learn
• Dependable, team-oriented, with a can-do attitude
• Dedication, passion for food and hospitality; general interest in expanding/enriching food and wine knowledge
• Sincere passion to help others and provide stellar guest service (proficient in steps of service)
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (AM, PM)
