Candidates must possess the following:
- Above all, a genuine love for food and hospitality
- HAVE OPEN WEEKEND AVAILABILITY (FRIDAY AND SATURDAY) AND AVAILABLE FOUR DAYS A WEEK 
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, high-pressure situations,
- Excellent communication skills
- A minimum 2 years of relevant experience
