Cherry Circle Room Assistant General Manager is the lead role in Cherry Circle Room and Milk Room. Reporting to a Floor-wide General Manager and working closely with the Game Room AGM; they help lead the organization as a whole. Their primary focus is the oversight of daily operations, staff, sales and guest experience in their respective outlets. They write SOPs and train every element of Food & Beverage Service. In addition, the AGM serves as the site’s liaison between the Events Team and guests hosting Private and Semi-Private Events. They will maintain the tone and vibe as related from Land and Sea Dept. They will be responsible for opening up Cherry Circle Room for more services within the first 90 days of employment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

Conduct and lead Dinner Service at least 4 nights per week.

Coordinate with Events Dept., Culinary, Admin

Create and cultivate a fun, warm, and contemporary culture

Create new ways to constantly motivate and break up monotony

Ensure all staff is trained, motivated, and empowered

Evaluate, assess, improve service constantly

Evaluate and oversee floor management protocols

Hire for the needs of the business, keep staffing levels appropriate for season and service needs.

Identify cross-training opportunities for staff retention and development

Manage and execute on-line store merchandise orders and shipping

New hire training path execution, following onboarding and orientation

Ordering front of house supplies

Ordering for glassware, flatware, and barware inventory pars

Organization of property

Oversee cleanliness and function of property

Oversee daily operations

Oversee hourly staff

Oversee and implement operational systems (including daily finances and POS)

Point of Sale maintenance and organization for menus and pricing

Retain thorough food and beverage menu knowledge

Serve as the main on-site point of contact for the Events Dept. and guests hosting Private and Semi-Private Events at this location.

Scheduling for hourly staff, using labor effectively to meet or exceed budget expectations (adjust for volume)

Serve as a role model professionally and personally.

Support the Wine Director by assisting with the wine program, as needed.

Point person for all menu changes for Cherry Circle Room and Milk Room.
Compensation:
Salary based on experience (70k-75k)
