HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Nicoletta Italian Kitchen, located in the heart of Washington, D.C., is looking for a fun-loving, energetic, and passionate server/bartender (dual position) to join the team. Nicoletta Italian Kitchen operates as part of Altamarea Group (Highly-acclaimed Marea & Ai Fiori), an award-winning global hospitality firm with 15 restaurants worldwide and, through its talented team of employees, creates special memories through exceptional hospitality, delivering the highest level of food and service across distinct brands and concepts. Altamarea Group offers staff an opportunity to work with high-quality Italian cuisine and wine/spirits and a management team firmly committed to investing in and developing talent.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare all standard and specialty cocktails for the dining room and bar guests per restaurant standards
- Manage and assume full responsibility of each guest’s dining experience from start to finish and respond immediately to guests needs and requests, willingness to serve tables as well as run the service bar
- Exhibit full knowledge of all food, wine, and spirits to guide guests through the dining experience, as well as build guest relationships and our client base
- Maintain clean dining room and restaurant and adhere to all COVID-19 health and safety standards
Requirements include:
- Demonstrate warm, friendly, high-energy personality with a positive and team-oriented approach
- Substantive serving and bartending experience required and a strong knowledge of food, wine & spirits.
- Genuine passion for restaurant hospitality, service, and craft cocktails
- Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
