Gravitas, a fine-dining Modern American restaurant by Chef Matt Baker is seeking a professional individual that Is passionate about food and beverage and that enjoys working in a small, team driven environment to be a food runner.

A minimum experience of one to two years of service in a fine-dining or Chef-driven restaurant is ideal. Fluency in English is preferred. Menu knowledge and memorization are key for the food runner role as well as focus, charm and a high sense of urgency. Availability Tuesday through Sunday, afternoons and evenings, is required as Gravitas is closed Mondays and open for dinner only.
