Marc Rose and Med Abrous are the co-owners of The Spare Room, Winsome and Genghis Cohen in Los Angeles, CA. All three properties are unique in concept; each feature personal, unexpected details that make for a one-of-a-kind hospitality experience.
Most recently the two have branched out to operate all the food and beverage outlets at the Graduate Seattle, Graduate Nashville and Graduate Roosevelt Island.
The growing hospitality group is currently seeking an experienced Maitre D' at its latest Los Angeles-based concept-- an upscale homage to the classic Italian-American restaurant. Set to launch in Summer 2022, Call Mom is re-opening an establishment so steeped in Hollywood lore that it once could name Frank Sinatra as both investor, and biggest fan. With perfectly executed food and a nostalgic chic interior, hospitality and service will lead the way for an entirely new generation to call it theirs.
