The Position: Assistant General Manager
Our team is seeking a talented Assistant General Manager with a strong team orientation, a love of delicious food, and a commitment to excellent service. The AGM must be committed to supporting an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture. AGMs will help drive restaurant operation they get pleasure out of making others happy, managing projects, and actively sharing feedback. This is the perfect role for someone who can work in a fast paced environment while still managing daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- The main responsibility of this role is to manage all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts, including making on-the-spot decisions, supporting the staff, and ensuring the Guest's needs are our main focus.
- Assist directly with hiring and training decisions for the front of house team
- Hold team accountable for company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff
- Oversee and ensure that all company systems and policies are maintained.
- Make sure all new employee go through the proper training and have all the necessary tools to be successful in their position.
- Enforce and maintain all labor laws and practices.
- Assist the General Manager in all forecasting and budgeting.
- Attend all necessary senior management meetings in the absence of the General Manager.

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
