We are looking for talented and passionate line cooks to join our team at Koloman! This is an opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic new opening team. 

• Experience as a line cook (1+ year in fine dining or michelin preffered)

• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a kitchen

• Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Food handling NYC certification not required but is a plus

Koloman is a contemporary European restaurant where Chef Markus Glocker blends Parisian creativity with Viennese tradition. It echoes the neighborhood buzz of Secessionist-era European cafes in an iconic NoMad location. We are opening in summer 2022.
