Job Details
A busser is an important part of a busy restaurant. Bussers have a huge range of
duties in order to assist the server and restaurant, including but not limited to;
clearing and cleaning tables, taking bus tubs to the kitchen, resetting tables,
polishing and restocking supplies, cleaning and sanitizing work station, helping
maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, helping guests when a server is too busy
or unavailable, espresso and beverage service, helping
runners bring food out to a table when and if needed and other additional dining
room needs.
Work fluctuates between indoors and outdoors.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($16.04) plus tips

Chef Suzanne Goin and business partner Caroline Styne, owners and operators of The Lucques Group, are opening a second location of their award-winning restaurant A.O.C. in the space formerly known as Tavern in May 2021.

The beverage program will feature local beer producers and a seasonal selection of market-driven cocktails.
