The Bartender Position serves food and beverages to customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner and ensures a positive experience for all guest. Each Bartender is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the The Magia e' Beve Restaurant Group philosophy, which is based upon three distinct core beliefs: Hospitality, Food and Service .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must responsibly serve clients alcohol according to the guidelines of safe serving at all times.
- Ensure all product is always fully stocked and fully organized rotating and cycling older product in order of shelf life.
- Mix and serve cocktails and mocktail drinks to clients of the bar, follow in house signature recipes that are kept consistent. Mix ingredients, such as liquor, fruit,soda, juice, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails libations.
- Operate & maintain a neat, clean & orgnaized bar area on a continual basis at all operational hours.
- Have knowledge of all Wines by the glass, Draft beer, bottled beer and spirit selections.
- Maintain a neat and clean bar area on a continual basis.
- Have an extensive knowledge of the restaurant’s food menu and wine list, including daily specials.
- Be comfortable with tending service bar or being a designated Service Bartender but not limited to only one positon.
