Monroe Place is a small neighborhood mom & pop sandwich shop in Culver City that is growing and looking for a team to work alongside us!

We are looking for a speedy and reliable Sandwich Artist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling the sandwiches  and salads that are on our menu during service, using high-quality ingredients & spreads while adhering to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches to order for a menu item build, with the occasional custom order.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and overall environment.
• Follow food safety guidelines and adhere to all health department and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed, you will have support!
• Maintain consistency of all menu items served.
• Slice deli meat and prep ingredients required through the prep schedule while following safety protocols.
• Work with speed and sense of urgency. Remember, biggest mistakes happen when it’s slow! Every single order is important!
• Have a friendly demeanor and acknowledge every guest that walks in through the door as if it’s an old friend!

Working hours: Approximately 9am-5pm. Part-time to start with room to extend to a full-time position and overall growth within the company.
