Job Details

Office Manager/Personal Assistant to CEO

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management
  • Run errands as requested
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Acting as a liaison between employees and executive management
  • Monitoring daily operations
  • Overseeing hiring, training and managing staff
  • Overseeing management, procurement, and ordering office materials
  • Negotiating agreements with vendors/clients/partners
  • Interface with clients and partners, manage company-wide communications
  • Support the Director of Finance in maintaining an organized, highly detailed account of all invoices, receipts, and transactions
  • Monitor petty cash receipts and documentation
  • Spearhead processes in quickly and efficiently servicing clients, vendors, partners
  • Distribute incoming mail and answering/delegating incoming inquiries
  • Manages the daily operational procedures
  • Willingness to work hard and get better fast.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $40.00)
