Chef Thomas Keller's Las Vegas bakery, Bouchon Bakery, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food and wine to join our culinary brigade as a Baker

In 2006, Chef Keller opened a Bouchon Bakery location at The Venetian in Las Vegas. As with the original Yountville location, the Bakery presents a take on the French boulangerie highlighting artisanal breads, pastries and sandwiches with both French and American influences prepared fresh daily.

Qualified individuals should possess a keen attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skill of a minimum of 2 years of experience, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator.
