Executive Chef Ryan Brosseau curates a changing menu of rustic-refined dishes inspired by his childhood in southern Ontario, prepared with ingredients local and seasonal to Chicago. Dear Margaret relies on the passion and ingenuity of a year-round preservationist’s kitchen and larder—much like that of Brosseau’s own mémé (the French-Canadian term for grandma), to whom the upscale-casual restaurant is dedicated.
