Job Details
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chop vegetables, butcher meat, prepare sauces)
• Develop and cost specials, working with Executive Chef
• Manage kitchen lunch staff
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Proven cooking experience as a line chef, line cook, or prep cook
• Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($40,000.00 - $45,000.00)
