Looking for an experienced chef at our neighborhood brewery restaurant. Our focus is on craft beer and wine friendly food, with a commitment to sustainability and seasonality. Aside from a passion for culinary creativity, you must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage food and labor costs. 

Applicants must have experience in independent restaurants and scratch kitchens.

Main duties include recipe development and costing, ordering and inventory control, scheduling, training and mentoring kitchen staff, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards (with an emphasis on current pandemic mandates).
