Michelin-starred chef Jermemiah Langhorne and the team from The Dabney, are opening a new french inspired all day dining concept. We are looking for candidates who are motivated and excited to become a part of our growing team for our opening in Winter 2023.
We are looking for culinary proffesionals with a passion for regional french cuisine and culture, who have a desire to teach, manage and mentor BOH staff.

Creative problem solving
Excellent communication skills
Expected to work closely with Executive Sous Chef to ensure that kitchen is operating successfully and efficiently
Responsible for maintaining food cost
Experience Requirements:
1-2 years of kitchen management experience
Experience in french cooking techniques is strongly preferred
Have a deep understanding of food safety and sanitation standards and be able to enforce them
Expediting experience strongly preferred
Ability to handle restaurant operations and interactions in a professional manner
Flexible Work Schedule
Food Safety Manager Certification
