Rose’s Restaurant Group (by James Beard Award winning Chef Aaron Silverman) is seeking an Assistant General Manager for its two-Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant Pineapple and Pearls.

Who we are looking for:
Our ideal candidate is someone who, most importantly, has a real passion for making other people happy. This includes our staff as much as our guests. Two years of management experience in fine dining restaurant operations is required for this position.
What the job looks like:
The Assistant General Manager is a leader and team player before anything else. They are someone who inspires and motivates their team. They challenge their team and reward them as well.
Responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager include assisting in overseeing the day-to-day front of house operations, staff training and education, and looking everyday at our current operations and seeing how we can work smarter, cleaner, faster, more precise, and at a higher level.

Required Skills:
At least two years of front of house experience working in a two- or three- Michelin starred restaurant
Previous management experience
Ability to work in standing position for long periods of time
Must possess a positive attitude with the ability of being a strong mentor for staff
Strong problem solving skills

P&L management experience
