Thames Street Oyster House, one of the busiest restaurants in Baltimore, is searching for a part time bartender to join our team, with more shifts becoming available in the summer! We are an independent restaurant located in historic Fell's Point on the Thames Street waterfront, and offer a very lucrative position with a set schedule, excellent working hours, sick pay, a free wellness program, family meal, dining discounts, and a team oriented and professional atmosphere. The restaurant is CLOSED ALL major holidays. A full benefits program (medical, dental, and vision) is available for 30hr+ employees.

We are an extremely busy location and look for someone that can balance volume with extensive points of service and do so efficiently. 2 years experience in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant is required, as well as an excellent work ethic, passion for superior service, outstanding food, beverage, and wine knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, manners, and professionalism. You MUST be a team player and a true PROFESSIONAL to fit in here and therefore succeed. We are an independent location and tight knit group, and require a respectful and dedicated individual who is committed to excellence to join us. We are searching for a candidate that is intelligent, focused, poised, reliable, efficient, and flexible in scheduling.
