Our Restaurant Managers are responsible for the operational leadership of the restaurant, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. They are accountable for restaurant performance versus forecast targets and ensure continuous improvement in these markers. As you learn our systems, or by leveraging your current experience you can gain administrative responsibility in the following variations of the role: Floor Manager, Service Manager, Beverage Manager, and Assistant General Manager. Moving through these roles the Salary Range is $55-75K.
