Position: Data Coordinator
Summary:
The Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all the data in our organization is accurate and consistent. This role provides support to our Restaurant Systems Manager and IT Manager with the overall goal of ensuring the effective data entry, maintenance, and accuracy of all the information entered in our systems. The Data Coordinator consistently demonstrates as well as enforces company policies, practices, procedures, computer systems, programs, and integrations. Pink Taco is looking for a FUN, FAIR, HONEST, HARDWORKING, UNPRETENTIOUS AND UNCOMPLICATED individual with a passion for systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect and process a large volume of Data across multiple departments.
- Quick and accurate data entry.
- Run and distribute data queries and reports from multiple sources.
- Assist in development of best practices for data integration of internal systems.
- Maintain the integrity of systems data and in any peripheral apps, hardware, and storage device.
- POS knowledge and experience preferred, as are candidates with a restaurant background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication required.
- Strong Microsoft Office, including in-depth expertise in Excel.
- Strict attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, and spotting issues
- Solid ability to analyze and audit current data sets and make improvements.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
College Degree
Computer Tech Trade School or 2 years on the job experience
Skills:
- Must possess an attitude of excellence and be willing to serve a variety of internal clients.
- Ability to act as a liaison between the department and internal clients in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Able to take direction and prioritize tasks from multiple Team Members.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Must be able to navigate a fast-moving environment with poise.
A Plus:
Experience with systems integrations, APIs, and working across a multiplicity of platforms.
