Darling Jack's, is a new restaurant from the owners of Barbuzzo, Little Nonna's, Bud & Marilyn's, Good Luck PizzaCo. We are seeking an AM Sous Chef to join our team and open our latest concept! 

Darling Jack's will be a 75 seat restaurant with full open kitchen and 16 seat bar, it will be a modern take on an old school tavern. We are looking to bring the AM Sous Chef on board now and work within our company during the final month of construction.

Has an ability to positively lead others while multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads. Must believe in quality by consistently upholding defined standards over time. Able to provide support to the Executive Chef  and guidance for employees, is involved in the day-to-day operations of the Back of House, and collaborates and communicates with Front of House team to create genuine guest experiences.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef in full service, high volume restaurants.
• Open availability including weekends.
• Flexible and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
• Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
• Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
• Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees and ownership.

Compensation: Salary (55k-65k) plus potential bonuses
