Founded and owned by James Beard award-winning Chef Tim and sake-certified Nancy Cushman, Mr. Roni Cups is a Roman-style pizza kitchen housed within Bianca restaurant, which is located in The Street, a chic center in Newton's Chestnut Hill neighborhood. Bianca and Mr. Roni Cups are a part of the Cushman Concepts portfolio of restaurants with world-class, unique hospitality experiences that include o ya and Hojoko Japanese Tavern in Boston. 
Mr. Roni Cups is a whimsical but quality-driven expression of a unique pizza style; modeled on the Roman tradition of square pies with a light, fluffy crust & cravable and enticing toppings. We are seeking a personable individual who would enjoy both preparing pizzas in our state-of-the-art pizza oven as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests. This position is expected to manage a myriad of duties, including inventory management, guest relations, and managing third-party deliveries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to find their next step in a career in restaurants or fast-casual dining. Ideal candidates will be trustworthy in their autonomy, but work well in a busy restaurant with others.
