The Wallace Lounge is a new elevated Piano Lounge and cocktail bar opening in the acclaimed Wallace Hotel on the Upper West Side. The lounge will feature an elevated cocktail and eclectic menu, including caviar and champagne by the glass menu. The evenings will be accompanied by nightly live piano entertainment from some of New York's finest musicians.

This is an evening position. The lounge is open from 5pm - 12am.

Responsibilities

• Providing top class hospitality and service to guests
• Leading backserver and runner in service
• Building relationships and helping to cultivate a strong guest list
• Opening, closing and sidework procedures
• Maintaining a clean, professional and positive demeanor

Qualifications

• 1-2yrs NYC cocktail service experience
• Can-do perspective and positive attitude
• Leadership qualities (communication, organization, integrity)
• Strong Work Ethic
