Jackie's Grillette is a home-styled eatery and cafe located in Upper Montclair, NJ. We're currently seeking enthusiastic & genuine people to join our team. We are looking for someone who is charismatic, energetic & confident in dealing with our guests and our team.
The responsibilities of the server position include, but are not limited to:
-Greet all guests upon arrival and offer seating arrangement depending on party size
-Serve food and beverages to all dine in and takeout guests
-Providing excellent customer service
-Maintain work space to a high degree of cleanliness
-Become familiar and knowledgeable with our menu, including ability to respond to questions regarding ingredients, allergies, etc.
-Train on crafting specialty coffee and juices
-Take orders via POS systems and handling both cash and credit card payments
-Create customer relationships and provide personalized service to all guests
-Execute opening/ midday/ and closing shifts with their respective duties
