The Roman and Williams-designed space is a gracious modern nod to fine European gastronomy, with crisp linens, flickering candles and whitewashed brick serving as subtle framework for Rose’s vivid cooking. Updating classical French cuisine with charm and verve, Rose shrinks the intercontinental divide separating the City of Light and the Big Apple, proving that the true essence of fine French dining can thrive in any time zone.
We are in search of a lead-by-example Executive Sous Chef who has a passion for creating exceptionally delicious food executed and served with care and consistency.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A base salary range of $82,000 - $95,000

Qualified candidates will be:
• Driven towards consistency and service excellence
• Energetic and enthusiastic and possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Effective at managing a diverse hourly staff
Qualified candidates will have:
• 3-6 years of experience as a Sr. Sous Chef, Exec Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine in an acclaimed, well-rated restaurant
• A true appreciation for French cuisine
• Prior success in running expo in a high-volume kitchen
• Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse hourly line cook team
• A minimum of an associate's degree from a culinary focused university preferred
