The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud’s internationally acclaimed restaurant group, is opening a new multiple-venue fine, fine-casual, and upscale bar/lounge location in early 2023.  The newest property is an exclusive, elegant space that will provide guests the highest level of service and hospitality. We are committed to creating a unique experience for each one of our guests and are looking for experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our team.

We are currently looking for a Banquet/Catering Chef to join our team. 

Competencies & Qualifications:

• Must have prior Banquet/Catering Chef experience
• 5+ years of experience in high volume or fine dining environment, in a supervisory role
• Ability to interact positively with supervisor, management, coworkers, members, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach
• Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and of high quality
• Supervise the production of all food for the catering division and assisting the cooks when needed
• Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of cost control
• Order and inspect for quality all food and beverage items necessary for the production of the finished catering menu items
• Ensure waste is kept to a minimum
• Actively practices food safety procedures
• Able to train and motivate team
• Organizational skills
• Effective time management

Positions require:

• Full availability- daytime hours, evening hours and weekends
• Drug screening
• Reference check

French and Spanish languages are helpful but not required.
