Summary
A Sous Chef is a motivated and creative individual, who acts as the second in command in the kitchen. This individual will follow, instruct, and reinforce the Executive Chef’s ideas, requirements and guidelines throughout the kitchen.
The focus of this role will be recruiting and interviewing new teammates, supervising food production and food production personnel, and assisting with food production tasks as needed to assure that quality and cost standards are consistently attained. The Sous Chef will contribute to creating delicious dishes and menus for our guests to savor.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($52,000.00 - $57,000.00)
